Frequently Asked Questions
1. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK A SHOOT?
To secure a session, I require a deposit that is 30% of the total session fee as well as a signed contract. The contract simply outlines important details of the session and terms to which both of us understand and agree to!
2. DO YOU DELIVER EVERY PHOTO YOU TAKE?
No - I aim to deliver the most flattering photos from the session. I will cull through the blurry, unflattering, and inadequate images - resulting in only the best photos from the session. I truly want you to feel happy and confident with what I provide.
3. WILL THE IMAGES YOU DELIVER BE EDITED?
Yes! Half of my job as a photographer is editing your images as its not a complete photo until it is edited. I will hand-edit every photo I send to you, always making sure to represent my true editing style.
I specialize in authentic representation, so heavy retouching or extensive photoshopping isn't my strength, and I can't promise any miracles in that area.
4. CAN I RECEIVE THE RAW, UNEDITED FILES?
No, I don't give away the RAW or unedited images. The edits I make to each photograph is an essential part of my work as a photographer. Unedited images do not showcase my artistic vision, therefore they are not delivered.
5. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE PHOTOS?
I will always edit your photos and deliver your gallery within 2 weeks. Depending on the type of session, it might be quicker! I will deliver your images to you through a gallery delivery site called Pic-Time, where you'll be able to share and download your photos, as well as order prints.
6. WILL MY SESSION IMAGES BE SHARED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA, WEBSITE, OR ANYWHERE ELSE ONLINE?
There is always a possibility that the images I deliver to you can be shared online unless discussed otherwise.
7. ARE YOU LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY?
Yes! I believe in providing a safe space for each and every client, regardless of identity, race, or background. Everyone will welcomed and celebrated.
8. CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME TO THE SESSION?
Of course! I always recommend bringing a hype-friend with you to your session if that'll make you feel more comfortable!
